Terry Breitung graduated UAB december 1980 with a masters in occupational therapy. He is board certified and specializes in cervical spine and upper extremity/hand dysfunction. His company, Azalea City Hand and Rehab and Physical Therapy offers out-patient orthopeadic physical and occupational therapy services embodying treatment of musculoskeletal disorders of the entire body.

Common injuries treated are sprains and strains, neck and back pain and headaches, shoulder/arm/hand injuries, knee/ankle injuries, fibromyalgia and multiple post- operative rehabilitation. Mr. Breitung also performs legal testimony and medical reviews for several law groups locally pending litigation. He has provided expert testimony on several occasions regarding his area of expertise.

Tyler Baker is a board-certified, licensed occupational therapist based in Mobile, AL. He began his academic journey at Bishop State Community College, where he earned an associate's degree in science, and later attended Tuskegee University, where he balanced academics with athletics as a full-time college baseball player. He graduated with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy.

Since graduating from Tuskegee University in 2022, Tyler has been mentored by esteemed occupational therapist Terry Breitung, further honing his skills in the field. Tyler specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, with a focus on the spine, shoulders, and upper extremities.

Nisha Amtha is a highly experienced physical therapist with over 15 years of practice. She earned her master's degree in physical therapy/occupational therapy from Wichita State University in 2002. Born and raised in England until the age of seven, Nisha later relocated to the U.S., eventually settling in Mobile, Alabama in 2003.

She continues to reside there with her husband, Timesh, and their two children, Ria and Kalem. Throughout her career, Nisha has gained extensive experience in both outpatient and skilled nursing settings, dedicating over a decade to these areas of care. Her commitment to patient recovery and well-being has been a cornerstone of her professional journey.
